Dear Creator . . .
Thanks for signing up to do this exchange.
If you stick purely with the “Optional Details”, you’ll be fine, but I figured I’d add this in case you’re like me and prefer a few extra ideas or potential prompts. So, here’s the additional information to go along with the details listed on the sign up.
Likes – Strong alpha men that are wrapped around the fingers of the women they love. Protective men and women with sass. Dark, edgy characters who use that to protect the innocent and light. And I’m into women who are kickass – even if it’s NOT in the physical sense. Give me the geniuses, the wise women, the counselors, or the homemakers who know it is the heart of the house that pulls the strings.
I have a MAJOR competence kink.
Specific fandom notes:
MCU – this is my absolute favorite – I prefer the feel of the universe in 2012. So please – no Civil War, Infinity War, or Endgame. Darcy Lewis is my favorite character, and I love her in various connections. I think she’s a fun character with humor and light that helps balance the darker characters. Clint is my favorite Avenger – Hawkeye is awesome. (Please don’t make him a disaster or dumb if you choose to have him present.) If you go the Darcy/Brock/Jack route, please make them good guys. Other than that, I’m happy with any choice you make!
Harry Potter – There was one scene during book 4 where we got a glimpse of someone Draco could have been. In the book it comes out snide, but the warning during the World Quidditch Cup could have been handled in a more sympathetic way. What if it had been? What might have happened? I’d love to see the change – either in school or after – if Draco had turned out to be less of a jerk.
The Man from U.N.C.L.E. – I love these three characters. I’d love to see how their relationship develops during their missions or downtime. Some of my favorite scenes involved the various rescues – how none of them expected the rescue, but how it always happened. I love the wit and banter. Would love to see the protective defensiveness when someone outside the trio runs their mouth or tries to do something to break them up. Also, Waverly is delightful.
Doctor Who – If you choose this one, please don’t make Gwen an afterthought. She is my favorite character even if much of the fandom dismisses her. Watching Torchwood, especially the first couple of episodes, she has such potential for leadership and being kickass in her own way. Plus I love the connection she and Jack make. Then when he leaves, she and Ianto seem to find a balance between themselves.
Thank you so much and looking forward to reading!
